$23 appetizer pretzel…. What? Didn’t even taste like a pretzel. $10 Cold and chunky mashed potatoes… they forgot that I ordered the extra option for “loaded cheese, bacon, etc, etc” for more money. The entire table just left them uneaten. $27 Wagyu burger was abhorrent. There is a place in heaven reserved for a delicious burger with arugula, carmelized onions, and some great cheese… I can name quite a few restaurants who serve that… this burger was a poorly executed ripoff that was bitter, lacking flavor, and lacking in toppings. My pops order the petite filet mignon; commented it was clearly not worth the $45 price tag. Overcooked and tough. Our two desserts sat unfinished. SO MUCH FUN TLDR: prices way to high; poor execution on the food

Have always loved the for salmon tacos on the happy hour menu. It was taken off the menu leaving five choices of beef/chicken. For those who don’t eat meat your choices are chips, pickles or nuts. Some type of fish would have be nice! Really disappointed!

Service was pretty terrible. There were 2 guys at the host stand and both could not be bothered. It was super early so the restaurant was not busy. But one was on the phone and the other guy was just listening in. I said hello, but neither could be bothered to say hello back or even acknowledge us for a good 5 minutes. Just ignored us as if we hadn't said a word, not even a "I'll be right with you". So we waited and just as I said to my husband, "let's go somewhere else", the host approached us and said "thank you for your patience". Wait staff was a little friendlier at least he wasn't ignoring us. I had wine, esgargot and brussell sprouts, and hubby had burger. Edible but unremarkable. 925 is a hotel restaurant, very nice, dark, quiet, and atmospheric. It would have been a nice date night restaurant if not for the unpleasant taste of bad service. We have only been here 2 times in the past year, but the first experience was memorable enough to make the trip back. They have a seasonal menu with a good variety of different types of food. All of the food was wonderful! I had a few side dishes because I am a vegetarian. The Brussels sprouts were perfect. I had the loaded mashed potatoes without the bacon and a side salad that the fabulous server made especially for my particular needs. He had the lamb chops with fingerling potatoes and a lamb Mediterranean style burger to go for the next day. They meticulously packaged everything on the side so the ingredients would stay fresh. We shared a lovely bottle of French wine. They had a wide variety of lovely wines to choose from. We will definitely be back. I want to personally thank our server Bridget for her amazing service. She was very patient, professional and super nice. She went above and beyond what was expected of her. Delicious! Very fresh food. Salad ingredients were perfect. French onion soup is glorious. Loved the crab cake sandwich and truffle fries. Beautiful patio. I keep coming back!
