This is my recent choice for my noodle craving. I have been to this place so many times. The noodles are soft but not mushy, the source and soups are very tasty. Great little shop with tasty noodles and other dishes. I highly recommend the Nine Way Noodles if you enjoy mala flavor (sichuan peppercorn). The dumplings and wontons in oil were also solid. Service was great and prices were cheap. If I had to identify one weakness, I'd say the noodles were oilier than I would have preferred, making the meal feel very heavy.
