This feels like a visit to my grandparents’ house. There was a lush garden, cute dogs wandering around and great food.
There is 5 dishes listed on the menu but we actually had 7 yummy dishes. We were so full!
There is also homemade sesame candy that can be made upon request and a herbal foot bath after the meal.

We came to this house restaurant as part of a Hue day tour package. As our previous experience with day tour lunch was not so good, we had no expectation of this restaurant, especially when it is far out of town in a rural place with no other shops or restaurants nearby. And we couldn't be more wrong. The food was great and came from the owner's grandma secret receipt. The grandma was a cook for the last emperor, and according to the owner, the place was visited by the emperor on many occasions. After the meal, the guests were treated to a food spa, where they provided wooden buckets for guests to soak their feet in herbal water.
Recommended for the great food, hospitality, and experience. It may be hard to get there, thou.

Best Hue authentique food ever ! Lovely host who made the most delicious Vietnamese food with fresh vegetables from their own garden and fish and meat from local farmers. Highly recommend if you want to meet a Vietnamese family and eat really great food. The shrimp was so good!! We will come back for sure! Thank you!!

Nhà cổ đẹp. Bác chủ nhà rất dễ thương và tràn đầy niềm tự hào về truyền thống của cha ông mình.
Bác sẽ không ngại kể cho bạn nghe tới chuyện thời xưa đâu.

Was driving around and stumbled onto this place! Best find yet. Food was great and at a good price and the people were all very friendly. Seems like a good family business, would highly recommend!
