Pulled up and got 4 different slices of pie. HUGE portions. Excellent pizza. Crispy crust that's somehow also chewy. I'm already mapping my next visit.

Custom Half Pie
Got a HUGE full size pie - half sausage, half white pizza special. The crust is thick & airy! Service was wonderful and the pizza came out in great time! Worth every penny. Truly AMAZING!

Significant other had heard about this authentic food truck on social media, and we finally decided to get out and give it a try. It's on the back side of Parallel 45 Brewery right beside the Post Office. We ordered the "3 slices get the 4th free" aka their Half Pie special; got the Grandma, Pepperoni, Upside Down and Meatball - the Meatball being a special right now.
Firstly, customer service was exceptional. The owner was extremely welcoming, polite, and socialable which was nice given it was a little chilly out! Looks and presentation wise - the pizza looked AMAZING. The picture doesn't do this pizza justice visually. Smelled otherworldly, just made your mouth salivate wanting to get a bite. We drove 20 minutes and the pizza held together excellently, with no integrity issues to the crust or the toppings.
Taste wise? Listen. There are only two other pizza joints in Oregon so far that we would highly recommend and are two different styles in of themselves. This place now is the third pizza place we'd highly recommend. Different style like the other two, but this is authentic NY style slices, incredible taste, incredible crust, just an amazing pie all around.

Stopped here to try out the new truck! Almost forgot to take a picture since we devoured it so fast…It’s delicious and very well made! Their crust is fluffy and chewy with nice crisp bottom and edges, the sauce is less thick than I prefer but had excellent flavor! They are very traditional in their topping options but you can order a different flavor for every slice if you want! They do offer some extra toppings at the counter such as hot sauce, hot honey and such for those like me who love hot honey on pizza. We tried pepperoni and the special was a meatball pizza, both tasty. The owners were very friendly and I’m happy to support them, we’ll be coming back again soon!

We tried this pizza food truck for the first time tonight. It’s hard finding good food in the Independence/Monmouth area honestly. This pizza was absolutely amazing and some of the best I’ve ever had. The owner greeted us and was so nice and friendly. He recommended the special of the bbq chicken pizza where the smoked chicken was made by a local bbq joint. This pizza was to die for! The pepperoni was spot on as well. Don’t hesitate trying this place! You really won’t regret it!! Love supporting small business owners who love what they do and it shows!

Where to start?? This place is SO amazing!
We were looking for a fun spot for an anniversary lunch and I'd seen that they had just opened, so we made our way...
I ordered a Grandma Slice and my husband got pepperoni and we were super impressed.
The flavors were phenomenal and the crust was perfect
I stopped by to let them know how much we enjoyed it and the owner shook my hand and asked for my name then chatted with me for a bit.
He and his wife are just the nicest people serving the best pizza.
Can't wait to get back there!

Tried for the first time yesterday, always cautious about anything that is really hyped up, but this is absolutely excellent pizza. Really great deal for the price, the pizza was huge, the staff was very friendly, and really a plus that it is right next to Parallel 45. Will definitely be returning.

Our go to pizza in town. We use to be dedicated to yeasty beasty up the road but we dropped them like a hot potato for NY SQUARES. Super easy to find and right downtown. Next to Parallel 45 if you are a beer drinker. Nice easy parking as well. And enjoyable spot for the whole family, especially once it starts to warm up outside. They have the best best pizza I have had since I left Portland 😋 make sure you ask for hot honey to top your pizza with and crushed red pepper 🌶

10/10 must have pizza. So dang good my favorite pizza i have ever eaten. Unbelievable so much good flavor can come out of a small cart. And really nice owners that love what they do! Independence is very lucky to have them here in town. The grandma is the best!

I love this new pizza food truck right in downtown Independence! Friendly, excellent service and pizza handmade by New Yorkers, in a great location. I particularly enjoyed the very natural flavor of the tomato sauce. Highly recommend if you’re looking for classic-tasting pizza!
