This is a great place. The food was good, nuevo, the wait staff was prompt and friendly. It's a tough call not to go five stars but the ribs could have been a tad warmer and not only are their no fountain soda, you have to get up and walk to a cooler and fetch the soft drink yourself. Thirsty? That will cost you double. The price was good for the ribs and the cilantro was unique and tasty. The slaw wasn't the run of the mill. I went overboard with the mushrooms which are best suited for two. I saw other astounding presentations at other tables. As far as the butcher side, I didn't stick around but I saw the biggest pork chop of my life on the way out. I do not drink but the wine selection is excellent. The price for ribs & water would be a steal but I also had to have the cheesecake which I didn't get a good photo.

I’ve been to the New York Butcher Shoppe and Wine bar on Park Road in Charlotte North Carolina many times. I usually buy things for the grill and their sides. Everything has always been delicious but I’ve been meaning to try their restaurant in the back. I finally went on a Wednesday night which was $3 slider night. The place was packed but we were able to get two seats at the bar. The service and staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had two sliders and a side of mac & cheese. The slider was delicious, but a little overcooked, but I know that’s usually how sliders are. The mac & cheese was some of the best I’ve had in Charlotte. Very creamy and cheesy with excellent flavor. I had a glass of Sancerre and realized I could buy the whole bottle for $36 which is a steal. I did that and brought half of it home. I will definitely go back and try meatball Monday for sure!

Cannot believe it took me so long to try this place out! I love the combo of butcher shop and restaurant. This place had so many choices. Everyone was super nice. Luckily the weather was good so we were able to sit outside especially since seats are a little bit limited. Everything looked so good we wanted to try a little bit of everything so we ordered appetizers almost all the sides 2 steak flights and salmon steak salad. The Ahi tuna tartare was great except for the chips we got were a little bit stale. The salad was actually a pretty big portion so was the portion of salmon. The salmon was perfectly cooked and season flaky and moist we wish we had gotten some too. The steak flights were pretty good however some of the rare steaks came out a little bit more on the medium rare side. The chimichurri on the bison was my favorite best combo. The Mac n cheese was super creamy wish it had been a little bit cheesier. The brussel sprouts were so good especially with the honey and bacon. The mushrooms were our favorite. We definitely had a hard time sharing the truffle fries because they were so amazing super crispy the truffle was great. The broccolini was really good especially tired with the cheese. Can't wait to go back. We really wanna try the empire steak of mind next time we go.

Incredible location. I was planning a special proposal for my fiancé, and Evan (the gm) personally helped me find a steak for the occasion without pushing me towards a crazy sale. The entire team was supportive and explained the difference between different cuts before we landed on the one perfect for us. Not only that, but the steak was incredible. Thanks again Evan and team for your support during such a massive time for me personally.

You guys this is my new spot. Super affordable wine and the best ambiance. The bites are amazing also. Hannah was the best! Even sent me home with a dessert to celebrate my engagement. We are coming back every week!

This place has become a staple to celebrate small wins in life and a general Sunday brunch gathering for my mates and I. The food menu has a lot of options but I highly recommend the steak flight and the Bacon Gouda Mac n Cheese above all the others. The Chandon is absolutely refreshing and delicious. Tastes great with ice but if you really want to appreciate the full flavor and the alcohol in it, tell them to 86 the ice...tastes so so good! The service us always outstanding and the Two Blondes (as I call them) are the best servers here! Lovely ladies and very knowledgeable.

I had such high hopes for this place. I really really wanted this to be a homerun, but I was so disappointed. Let me just start out by saying I absolutely love the concept of this place. It's a butcher shop where you can come and pick out various cuts of meats and seafood to take home and prepare, but in the rear it's also a restaurant and wine bar. It was very cute and intimate, yet still had that bar feel. Not stuffy or pretentious at all. I'd say great spot for a date night or to grab a quick drink with a friend. The problem was my waitress and my food. I do not remember my waitresses' name, but she just didn't appear like she wanted to service me at all. Nothing about her was warm, friendly, or inviting. I had to get her attention anytime I needed anything, even to get my check at the end. She was not checking on me at all. There were other people there whom she was fully engaging with. However, I did not receive the same care and courtesy. Now, onto the food. For my order, I decided to go with the steak flight where the chef selects the particular cuts, grills, and serves them three different ways. I really had no idea what to get, but I figured I couldn't go wrong with getting steak made 3 ways. I also got an order of the hot honey roasted brussel sprouts and an order of the seared diver scallops. These are all things I really love so I fugured I was safe. The scallops were the best of the three. They were tender and cooked just right. The brussel sprouts were just okay, but I was not really impressed at all, and I ordered brussel sprouts almost everywhere that offers them. They are literally my favorite vegetable. If I had to rate these, I'd say they were a 5 out of 10. The steak, however, was not good. I can't even remember the 3 ways that my steak was prepared, but I was not a fan at all. I tried to enjoy this meal, but I couldn't. It just wasn't good. I ate the scallops and forced enough brussels so that I wouldn't be hungry anymore and left the rest. No to-go box necessary. I would have given this place another shot and just ordered something different, but the inattentive and lackluster nature of my waitress just put the experience over the top for me. And I still left her a tip just in case anyone was wondering.

Beautiful venue, with an extensive list of items they sell. Staff is super friendly as well. Want to rate this one higher, but the prices at the butcher counter are just a little too high. Prices are not much lower than going out to eat at a top-tier restaurant. On the flip side however, the daily specials at the wine bar are a great deal!

This is the best butcher shop in Charlotte hands down. The place is beautiful with a great friendly feel. The meat counter is incredible with a great selection to choose from at very reasonable prices. Not only carved meat but smoked and prepared items ready to cook. They also have an awesome selection of wine you can purchase. Had the sliders for lunch and they were incredible. Can't wait wait to come back and try some other foods on the outdoor seating area.
