Ordered a delicious bowl of pho bo. The broth was very authentic, good noodles, and came with vietnamese herbs! The emat was cooked, and although I prefer it rare/uncooked, it was still very good. New Saigon offers very fresh, genuine Vietnamese cuisine at great prices. Do not be put off by the basic decor - this place has some very good food.
