The service here was excellent. The two ladies that helped me were extremely friendly and accommodating. We spilled water everywhere and they moved us to a new table immediately and didn't make anyone feel bad in the slightest. The food wasn't my favorite but the people I was with enjoyed it. I only went here because my usual place is closed on Saturdays. Food was obviously not edible anymore. I ordered the duck and it smelled bad and was obviously reheated leftovers. Look at the picture, it's turning pink. Tasted like it was in the freezer for a while. They charged $18 for that... If you're reading this, go to Browns Point Teriyaki instead. I took both my sons here for our Christmas dinner and our experience was so wonderful that we will now make this our new Christmas tradition. The staff was welcoming and attentive despite having a fully booked restaurant. They made us feel like family. The food was the best I have experienced at any Chinese restaurant ever, and the helpings were generous. We had a lovely time and I give them my highest recommendation ! I used to love this place - the hostess would always say "see you tomorrow" when I picked up my takeout orders. The food has always been (and still is) solid, and it's comfortably removed from highway 99. In the last year or so though, the service has gone downhill, and I think the newer/current staff don't have the same focus/passion for customer service. It's the difference between feeling welcomed (Hi, what's your order number?) instead of just being there (Uber? 5 minutes, have a seat...). It's disappointing. I waited about half an hour for my last pickup order, (3 entrees, some rice) which apparently took about an hour to prepare. I'm a polite guy - but the staff provided nothing more than a halfhearted 'sorry' when I asked why it took so long. Were they understaffed? Did a chef burn a dish? I'll never know. The food is as blah as the pictures look. No everyone doesn't have bad lighting it is just that pale and the taste matches. The orange chicken was soggy and the flavor was weird and there is zero spice we barely touched it. The Mongolian beef was edible but mostly just tasted like salt, again no spice. Yes!!! This place is so yummy and the customer service was so great! My son tried so many things he normally wouldn’t he’s all about it asking to go back all the time! When you walk in the door you are greeted like a member of the family. Always welcoming, friendly and jovial!! The food is delicious and very quick to get it to your table while steaming hot! I ordered delivery from doordash from here and the food I received was pretty much all horrible and not by Doordash. The worst part was the fried almond chicken. They super thin pieces of chicken were so dry it was literally chicken jerky. It was completely inedible as both the chicken and breading were rock hard. This food was sitting FOREVER. The fried rice was good but very greasy. The lo mein noodles had good flavor but the noodles were almost too soggy and sitting in a ton of liquid. I ordered hot and sour soup for the soup side and got egg drop. The soup was decent but disappointed that it wasn't what I wanted. The sweet and sour pork was the best part but I only received 5 pieces. I've eaten at this location years ago and they certainly don't have gone down hill.
