It's a nice place. I am glad we decided to stop and have dinner here. Waitress was warm and friendly but clearly overworked being the only waitress. The atmosphere was casual. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Got hung up on the first time I called them to place my order. I even said as much when I called back to order. No apology was offered and the woman was short and abrasive. Customer service over the phone was subpar. We ordered 4 family dinners and 2 PuPu platters with pork fried rice. Food was very hot when we got it and 20 minutes later when we arrived home the food was still hot. However, the pork fried rice was just white rice mixed with soy sauce and burnt in a skillet. It was disgusting and a waste of money. For $85 we had a bunch of useless food to throw out. The chicken was funny smelling and tasted off. Other food was flavorless and overcooked tasting of old, burnt cooling oil. Haha, New Garden tasting like Old Garden. Anyway, I guess that's why there's more than one Chinese restaurant in the area (Pak Lee and Mai Lee) to patron until (and when) this restaurant ends up out of business based on it's current food and service trajectory. We came here to give them a shot and now we know better. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Ordered sweet and sour chicken and only got chicken without the sweet and sour Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1
Ehh it’s ok. We’ve ordered from here a lot as there’s not many options here & for a time they were the only ones delivering. You have to be choosy what to get as some things are just bad, flavorless, overcooked. Others like their chicken wings, teriyaki & crab Rangoon are quite good though. The boneless ribs- very dry & tough, chicken w/broccoli usually mushy & flavorless, Gen Tsos not much flavor & not spicy at all, chicken fingers r the biggest disappointment- hard as rocks (overcooked) & grease laden, usually. I always ask to have them cooked lightly & then they’re edible, sometimes! Other times they’re still like greasy rocks!! I’ve given up on them. I don’t get why something fried in grease could come out perfect like the crab Rangoon yet the fingers are like this! I called to tell a couple days ago that they were awful & inedible basically. The response: “Sorry. ok I’ll tell them about that.” Gee that’s helpful! 😠 I noticed with other reviews here people that have called to complain the customer service is seriously lacking! It seems they don’t care at all if they get repeat customers. If you screw up a customers food order or it’s just absolutely horrible you should, at the very least, give them a partial refund, give them some thing for you the next time or some kind of incentive to come back! Or you may simply lose that customer, and in the process many more! People read reviews, and people talk! I guess business is so good they aren’t concerned. Hmm… For me, I’ll be going to the other 2 Chinese places in town. I don’t like wasting my $!! And I really appreciate good customer service & a business I’ve given a Lot of my $ to acting like they give a damn! Keep it up New Garden & u may join the many other businesses who’ve had to close down. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
