We enjoyed a great Christmas buffet with a broad variety of dishes to choose from; good value for money. The music was aligned to Christmas cheer and enabled conversation. Debrah provided attentive service, thank you. It was a bonus that it was not too busy seeing as we booked for an earlier lunch. Very nice sit down place, atmosphere great setting and lighting very nice. It is good to see management getting involved with the customers and helping the staff. The buffet food can do with a little pick me up, although I am sure food is catered for all kinds of people. Overall, it's an awesome place, a must visit if you are into Indian Cuisine. Great Buffet, I don't usually go to Buffets but this was a nice one, the staff are friendly. We were the first diners of the day and were welcomed with a warm smile. The buffet had a wide variety from starters for both non veg to veg. The Naan bread was really good. And the kitchens looked pretty clean. It was our first time here and most certainly the last, the children’s play area had dirty tissues and papers scattered around. The jungle gym was filthy and couldn’t believe how dirty kids got after a few jumps. The service was shocking. Waitress was either new or not happy to be there but she didn’t know anything about the food when asked. She did try her best but it didn’t help the atmosphere. The food was very very disappointing. Butter chicken was ok. The lamb was mostly bones and gravy. There was no labels to say what food it is. The waiter helped when I asked but how inconvenient to keep asking what things are. The plates are all chipped underneath and had hair on some of them. The dessert was bad. The sooji was dry and tasteless. I’m not mentioning the starters on the buffet because literally everything was over deep fried and tough to chew. This was our wedding anniversary dinner and it was such a let down, my husband was so embarrassed by the food and service after he wanted to celebrate somewhere he thought was special and new. We won’t go back again. Perhaps management should not worry so much about lights outside and rather about client service and food quality. Sitting on a couch playing games on the phone as guests leave is a poor reflection to add to the bad food and service. Meal type Dinner Price per person R 500+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
What a gem 😊 We decided to check out this restaurant due to the positive reviews and we're not disappointed. The food was so tasty Everything from the service, to the good nature of the wait staff, to the food and even our super reasonable bill was just great. Real value for money and amazing food 10/10 will be going again Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person R 150–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I would have to give them a rating of 1 due to the quality and taste of the food. Previous food was amazing but unfortunately standards with regards to the buffet selection has dropped. Food had absolutely no taste and was cold. For an Indian cuisine there was certainly no reason to add more salt let alone chillis to our food with no sauces available as well Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person R 500+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
