About
This bar and Gervais Street Bridge can be both really attractive for tourists. At New Brookland Tavern, guests can order tasty rolls. Take your chance to taste good beer. Live music is played by musicians in the evening. A number of reviewers mention that the staff is courteous at this place. Terrific service is something visitors like here. Prices at this spot deserve attention as they're reasonable. The atmosphere is quiet, as clients find it. Google users awarded this bar 4.4.

excited for them to open up the kitchen eventually! still a great spot for shows and drinks. the bartender downstairs is helpful and recommends good beer!
Awesome place to see live music with good sound, stage, lighting and plenty of room (we were there to see SLO who along with the opening band put on a great show). There's a downstairs bar area too if you want to hang out there. The Staff were professional, efficient and friendly. Looking forward to going back soon.

Awesome staff, great shows!!
It's a downgrade from their old venue location. And I know this isn't technically their fault but I went to their emo/valentines dance night and felt like it was misadvertised. Not much emo music (it was mostly hard-core and other alternative) or dancing, it was more of a concert. Which is cool, but not what I thought it would be. The band also had lots of sound issues.

Love new Brooklyn it was one of the few cool places in Columbia but since moving to their new location and how strict they’ve been on being 21+ for the good shows it’s been very disappointing as someone who loved being able to go to most of the shows at their old location
