Typical for this neighborhood. Advertised hours are a mere suggestion, not actual truth. Doors were closed an hour before advertised. Guess this is why so many businesses are shuddering in my hood--can't give them money even if you want. *sigh* I'll give this another shot on a different night (or maybe I'll [sadly] stick to below Upshur St NW)
