I visited Nephew's Steak & Hoagy intending to order chicken wings. I ordered the Chicken Sweet Sandwich, and I am glad I did. I almost didn't eat the sandwich because I enjoyed the French fries and mild sauce so much. It is nice to eat an actual French fry instead of a reconstituted potato. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. The hot and sweet peppers were not too crunchy and not too soft. The sauce on the sandwich paired well with the chicken and the peppers. I would have liked the bun toasted in hopes it held up better with the generous amount of juicy chicken. I appreciated the portion sizes - equaled two meals! I moved to Gary from Chicago and loved Home of The Hoagie from Chicago. This place has all the same delicious selections as what I remember and even a few new ones! I am more than happy I found this gem! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
