I always get the curry chicken which I think is great. Lots of flavor and spice to it, but not too overbearingly spicy like other places. Delicious fall off the bone chicken. I tried another Jamaican place closer to my job and it just doesn't compare. The plantains are always on point. So yummy.

I recently ordered several portions of Jerk Chicken, excited for that authentic flavor, but I was quite disappointed. It just didn't match up to the Jerk Chicken I've enjoyed at other Jamaican restaurants. I really hope they consider tweaking their recipe to bring out that genuine taste we all love. I love their oxtail, as well their curry and jerk chicken and goat, and their plantains and rice and peas go well with it all! Good selection of Jamaican soft drinks and homemade juices, porridge, and sweets. Keep up the good work!!

Saw this place at the corner of my eye coming down 112. I immediately made a u-turn and went in. Food was absolutely delicious. Callalou was a little salty but that's my taste.
