I was placing an order @ the drive-thru and I must say that I was disappointed at the service I got. When placing the order I wanted the promo if the full chicken that comes with two sides. I asked them for garlic rolls as sides and the lady added to the order but failed to explain that would be an additional amount added...I asked her about it but I must say that the response I got was not satisfying. She quickly brushed me off and said "so what must we do now"... Please teach them proper customer service. It is not about the money but the reception we got. I had a disappointing meal at a different Nandos, when I placed my order at this Nandos I explained my disappointment from. My last meal. These ladies assured me they would restore my faith. And they most certainly did exactly that... hands down one of the best Pita's I have had... yummy juicy and filled to the brim with cheese and pineapple. Thank you guys 😊 I am 1 happy Nandos fan!
