The staff is so wonderful, the food is great, loved the environment. There is a security guard by the entrance who always watches over patrons. The entrance is a bit dark as there are no street lights and you can feel a bit un easy as there are street kids that are always lingering there in the dark. The security guard always makes it better. The food is amazing, their designer drinks are the best 10/10. The lady who took our orders Dadirayi I think was super nice. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Pretty much what you’d expect from Nandos anywhere in Zimbabwe. It’s lacking a bit of something I can’t put my finger on, not to say it bad though. The seating and parking is great and expect about the same waiting times as well. Also it’s Halal certified if you were asking. We had to double check with a friend in need. My first experience with Nando's. I visited three times in two days during my short stay in Mutare First I had takeaway pita -- and with lemon and herb dressing, it fell apart in my hands and got too sloppy to enjoy. Next I chose the chicken wrap with hot sauce. Better, easier to eat, but still I had to wash my hands after finishing. Still, this has become my go-to place for Mutare. It would be good if they did something about the street kids outside their establishment. You're never sure if your car is safe or if the food you have just bought is going to get snatched out of your hands - especially at night. You can walk out of there and find a random person washing your car without your consent. As for service - the people they have upfront taking orders are just not friendly - have accepted that. One of my regulars. The platter with four sides does it for me at any given time, it's well made and it's affordable. Though we were disappointed at first that the mocktails were not available for individuals, we eventually enjoyed sharing. It's always a pleasant experience here. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

The food is okay-ish, i usually order festa fries and roasted veggies but the roasted veggies were just dry, very dry, they usually come with some sauce in it but eish,,to make it worse the veggies order came very late, after some minutes I'd finished the other meal...it was quite disappointing... The location is in the central business district allowing access by various transport methods. It has safe and sufficient parking so one can enjoy their food with a piece of mind. The sitting area is filled with an array of artwork that one can appreciate as they wait for their freshly prepared food. Food portions are reasonably sized, well prepared and are delicious to eat. It is an ideal location for business lunches, family outings, dates or even eating alone. There are also clean facilities to use in regards to bathrooms with sufficient sanitary items. They accept a wide range of payment methods inclusive of cash and mobile money. The staff are adapt in speaking multiple languages.
