To someone new it might be tricky finding the place. Then in the place it looks so understaffed, you literally search for a table alone, search for the menu. The staff takes a long time to clear tables. The food. It's ok..my rice was dry and our drinks did not come with straws..neither did we receive sauces for our meals...basically it is self service. This fantastic Nando’s is located very close to my in laws. So we make sure to visit every time we are over for a visit! Nobody even asks anymore what we will have for dinner on a Friday, and we are never disappointed. It is also a great pit stop on the way to the border. You won’t be disappointed.

The last few times I ordered was a bother there was always things missing from the meals and then the very last order I made I waited till 9 to receive. I ordered the food and paid from the app ,a hr later I phoned and they said the order failed but they never said anything, afterwards they said they'll see what happened and get back to me but again I had to phone because they didn't. Eventually they started making the food and that was another hr and they sent short things again. I was really disappointed by the service I got,the cashier was so stiff not greeting and even after I greeted her she lacked energy and interest in her response, she fave me my drunk as I was sitting in for my lunch and when the food came I had to ask the waiter for the glass which was not cleaned, the waiter was very energetic though only got disappointed as he did not offer a opener for my drink and I had to make a plan. The food was great though well done to the cook

It was very enjoyable. The ordering process here is not tedious and you've all the time that you need politely to order. The waiting time is there but with good company it goes by quickly.
