I was at nandos to have a mini lunch. A short lady handed me my food, I could tell that she was angry. She harshly sat my bowl of chips on the table. I saw how she treated customers and how she threw her tray. She was very rude. Worst experience ever. Especially after coming from a long day at work. Worst customer service.

Stopped here for a late lunch with my children enroute from east london. The restaurant appeared a it untidy and the tables needed cleaning after patrons had left. Our order was dealt with efficiently and the food was good as usual. The ambiance however needs improving. The toilets were very unhygienic and smelled horrible. The cleaning schedule was signed but it would appear that the actual physical cleaning did not take place Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Not friendly. Requested to sit down for our food, proceeded to sit down. Nothing happened and we decided to ask the lady preparing orders, that's when she told us that they were not allowing sit downs sonce they were about ro close. Their food isn't hamburgers that you can eat whilst driving.. we had to find a spot to eat it.. the cashier just looked away not bothered..
