Food was excellent. Toilets were super clean. Disabled toilet available as well with nappy changing facilties. Staff serving us were ok, but had a bit of attitude afterwards when one of the meals was still raw, which was disappointing. They are usually tops. Entrance to the venue was from the side street, which was a bit confusing initially. We always receive 5 star treatment at the George Branch. We'll done with your excellent service. The staff always friendly and helpful. We've ordered 2 x 1/4 chicken with 2 x spicy rice as a take away. Service was ok and we received the order within 20 minutes. The chicken was excellent with great taste. The spicy rice however was just a box full of yellow rice with no greens or taste at all. Horrible. Very dissapointed. Everything is perfect but you could work on a system to get the food ready earlier especially with drive through. The Nando’s in George was amazing and delicious. The store was not too busy and they handled Covid protocols well. The meal was heartily enjoyed and will definitely be back when passing through the town again.

This place was absolutely poor , We waited 1 and a half hours for our food and when we went to ask them about the food the staff were very rude. We received the incorrect food and it was poorly made . Tables and floors were dirty and staff were not helpful to clean it up. The ultimate Nandos in the Western Cape, definitely worth the drive. From the moment we walked in, we were seated, a waitress came to take our order, our food came fairly quickly and… it was absolutely delicious 💕

Food took over an hour, many came after us and got their meals before us, was cold when we get it. Tables and floors were dirty. The bathroom had dried urine on thr floors, clearly showing that it had been hoirs since the bathrooms were cleaned. Animals have betyer facilities. The wash basin was dirty too and was out of tissue, spent R800+ and it eas not even worth a cent, felt like i was robbed in daylight. Pathetic.
