They have a nice seating area. The best part was the service. Surprisingly the bill was only R200. The food was as expected. They had this new chicken on a stick, aka kebab, skewered or boti. Same flavours in a new shape. The garlic bread was interesting and very nice. Nandos, please... explain to me how my slip shows hot chocolate pudding and you send me a peppermint dessert. If you're out of stock, please do not make decisions on my behalf and with my money! And the cherry on top... the dessert seal was broken when it arrived here! You've made me waste R30 on something I won't eat. Unacceptable!!!

No point charging R49 for a quarter chicken when you receive half of the quarter as a serving size. A few times disappointed now. Level up Nando's Emperors!

I ordered food at 6H50pm at nandos emperor's palace I kept on getting different messages i.e. we are preparing your order, your order is being picked up and then we are preparing your order. At 8H39pm I got a message "we can't find a person to deliver". I paid for this order and only be told after two hours that I wont get the delivery. Nandos call centre should be able to direct customers to their preferred nandos for delivery or collection. It is not the first time this happen to me.

I ordered my food via uber eats and the food was never delivered the eta kept changing , order canceled by 23h15 and now nandos gets my money for an order I never received.. you guys work with uber eats now I'm being told there is nothing they can do, I'll never ever waist my time dealing with pathetic service from nandos emperors. I ordered at 6.30pm today. At 8.50 I received a message saying order cancelled. Very Very bad service. Will never order from you guys again

Poor customer service, ordered food on Uber Eats and even called the store to confirm the order. The gentleman assured me that he has recieved the order and that didn't happen. It's twice now that I've ordered and never recieved the order.

Firstly, I love Nando's. 💖💫 But my Nando's meal here was not great. I really did not enjoy it. 1. The meat was dry. 2. The buns were dry and not soft. 3. The chips were so dry. & we waited for a long period of time to get our food. 😏

A lady by the name of Tsholo,she is rude to the last level.Cheeky and hurrying customers to order faster even when they are busy familiarising themselves with menus,she cheek them. Not a good customer service at all.She even swear at us.👎👎👎👎
