I would not recommend this place because the customer service was nonsense.I specifically told them that I want to top up my meal it took more than 30 minutes for them to prepare fries and rolls only to find that they did not complete it I ended up asking for a refund. Always never open on time Loadshedding was from 8am to 10am its 10 30 and the staff is still cleaning the shop alfloora etc saying due to load shedding their systems are offline can't help and not sure when ot will be back Terrible in these bad economic times that businesses don't want business And this is not the first time for mall at carnival nandos . Owners should take be more involved.

Ordered a Cheese Carnival Pita through Mr Delivery of which the cost came to R93 and as per attached photos this is what you get, a couple of chicken strips with a bit of salad and some sort of "cheese" sauce which I honestly cannot even call cheese sauce at all.
