Picked up a pizza to go. The food food is just meh. The middle of the pizza was raw. Pizza sauce really has no flavor. The kids running the front of the house are incredibly rude and off-putting. Very short and unfriendly to me as well as the other customers. Either train them how to be polite or simply replace them. Between subpar food and obnoxious kids in the frong, we will not be back. Closed for 5 months for a "makeover," once more this 'new' Nancy's location doesn't disappoint! The service was fast, on time and very courteous. Oh yeah- the food was great too! As for "atmosphere" for a carry out place they did a great job on the "makeover." Compliments to the guy who waited on me, couldn't have been nicer. Thanks! I'll be back! I've been ordering from Tinley park for years, after the remodel they do not deliver to my address and tried the pizza twice and it changed not for the better. The crust and sauce is different not as good. Ohh well I will order again later to see it changes back to normal, also the prices are kinda high. Food: 2 Service: 3
