One of the worst service in universe is hotel Restaurant is Qatar Namma Aachi alkhor .Taste and quality and quantity of food with variety of Indian food ,rates are reasonable .can feel the native taste ,.overall one of best restaurants in Alkhor.Staffs who are working in services is worst ever

Food was okay..chettinadan chicken curry was good..all other foods are below average taste. The main thing is the staff behaviour..it was very arrogant. My 1 yr old baby was removing the plastic sheet on the table ..The waiter asked to “put it on ..otherwise you have to clean the table”...Then what is his job?..better to remove that staff..He will ruin your all goodwill...his service i will give 1 out of 100.

This review was posted on 12th Jan 2024 and gave 2 star on that day - Food taste is good. Prices are reasonable. Service is pathetic. Need more focus on service to retain the customers. Since the option for Tamil food very limited in Al Khor, customers are visiting this outlet. Once there will be another new brand starts providing Tamil food, surely the customers will switch over there, due to these worst service standards.
Again on 19th Jan 2024, I am giving 1 star only (Since there is no option for Zero star or negative stars). Today I visited this restaurant for Lunch. I was waiting in the table for almost 5 mins and no one addressed me and not even asked "What you like to have". Couple of the waiters are moving inside the kitchen and coming out and no one is there to address the requirement. I simply walked away, without placing the order and moved to the nearby restaurant to have my Lunch. Today I decided, hereafter not to visit this restaurant on Fridays and Public holidays. The owner or the Higher management of this Restaurant should focus deep into their operation, otherwise these kind of poor hospitality will lead their customers to drop off.

Idly Dosa vada and sambar, chatny really good and I try mixed noodles teast wise its nott worth and Baroota also not good. I bought mutton chukka its really wost no more peaces and full of fat and bones .

We had a repeated experience, Full and full oily items even if we mentioned to use less or without oil if feasible. Not good for Health, they need to Improve the food quality. Use less oil on the food. Moreover, it's seems that they were using fried oil in the food. Please do spoil the madurai
Be prepared to wait for more than 45 minutes for food after your order, especially on the weekends. After 45 minutes we received 2 items out of the 4 items ordered and decided to leave the place. Lack of experienced staff and behavior is totally disappointed. Never stepping into this place again.

Be prepared to wait for 1 hour for food after your order, especially on the weekends. Out of 8 tables in the 2nd floor where we were seated 6 tables were waiting for food. After 1 hour we received 2 items out of the 4 items ordered and decided to leave the place. When asked for bill 3 items were billed when only 2 were served. The place clearly lacks supervision and training of staff is required if they intend to stay in business any longer. Food served was cold and bland. All the kitchen staff need to be fired. Never stepping into this place again.
