This place used to be nice. Not fancy but it was nice. Now it is like entering to "someones" house not a professional & clean environment. All the staff left. A salon with no staff only Leslie, the owner. I could not do my hair the last appointments. When you arrive in the mornings , if the owner arrives on time you are lucky. No communication is received from her even when you text her for any topic.
Designs are old fashioned. The place looks like is it is falling apart. She has her dog with a " service" dog jacket but he does't behave like a service dog at all. Barking to people.
She needs to clean at least the minimum. You seat with an acrylic divider in front of your face that every time I go it is dirtier than the time before. If you want basic designs, she can do them. However they are very basic, not asymmetrical. She does charge like she did a professional work with acrylic with colors.
The air conditioning, I'm not sure if is working. It is so hot inside that salon. I know things are hard lately but we pay full price for services.
