This is a casual fast food place that is more expensive than likes of Chipotle but has authentic taste and appeal. As a vegetarian, I could’ve gone no-meat on pretty much anything, but chose the cheese quesadilla with pico, jalapeño and veggies. Very well done! Loved fresh taste of guacamole and side of pico as well. Will return again with family.

The food here was phenomenal! I love nachos and I’ve had plenty of nachos around the cities and these are definitely one of my favorite. The customer service is the best. I’ve been here a few times and have tried the nachos, tamales, tacos, and burritos and I have never had a bad experience with the food or service.

Definitely a spot to stop at while in Hopkins! There’s a front and back entrance with indoor and outdoor seating. The Hopkins Parking Ramp is located just behind the storefront. I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve ever ordered, and the services is always great. I’d say it’s a must stop if you’re in Hopkins.

Was going to go to my usual spot ,but my Daughter told me about this spot that She and her friends went to last week!! We ordered and I realized I didn't have my credit card with me,The guy told me not to worry I could pay him tomorrow!! I couldn't believe it,So kind!! The food was Absolutely Amazing!! I do not like beans but the beans were Delicious,the best I have ever had!! Enchiladas were fantastic,the rice was great!! There Guacamole, Queso,and Verde sauce also the best I have ever had!!!Also my Daughter got the Tamales,I tried ,they were better then my usual place!!! When I got home I called in to pay,and I told the guy that the food was Awesome but it was his kindness,and generosity that earned him new Customers !! Will definitely be back!! I Love downtown Hopkins!! Thank you So much Nacho!!

What a great spot here in downtown Hopkins. The staff being so friendly really won me over, they just seem to be so positive and that really makes all the difference.
I had a steak taco, shredded chicken taco, rice and a side of quac. The tacos were PACKED. I mean they do not go easy on the meat here. Expect a very filling taco. Quac cup was very full too. Rice wasn’t the best tbh, it was a little bland.
2 tacos, quac, rice and a beer cost me $17 so pretty typical prices, esp for a downtown area.
Next time Im coming back to try the fish and shrimp tacos!

My meal started with a 4:30 pm phone order for the enchiladas plate. The worker took my order and explained the options to me.
Staff - The staff were friendly and engaging. They were helpful with the menu which is a plus for first time ordering.
Food - My food was prepared quickly and was ready when I arrived. The enchiladas come with a mild green sauce that was flavorful but had very little spice at all. The meat portion was generous and tasty. The rice was slightly undercooked and the beans were dry.
Overall, the food was well prepared but bland. I would come back to try other options in the future.

So good!! Got the shrimp and fish taco. Shrimp taco was alright, but the fish taco was amazing. Would definitely get 3-4 of those next visit. The provided salsa is pretty damn good and they have hot sauce on the side too. Great place, highly recommend!

We tried Nachos last night we ordered tacos, tortas, sope, and the fajita chicken. The restaurant itself is clean and nicely decorated. The food however was pretty expensive $2.50 for ONE taco, the fajita chicken was like $11, the ONE sope was $4.50 and the torta was like $10 as well. I am mexican i have had all types of mexican food and tacos so i am going off my experience on that. For $2.50 tacos i was expecting more, their meat was good but not really flavored/ that seasoned i was hoping their tortillas were a little fried up but they weren’t they were actually cold once we started eating them. They gave more rice/bean portions than the actual chicken fajita. However my bf did enjoy his torta they are pretty big and the bread was good! It was not bad food, but it also wasn’t the best i would say it is average. Just pricy.
