Nice venue. Instructor, Brittany, was fun - put on a whole act while instructing us.
Menu is limited for non-alcoholic drinks. $2.50 is pricey for a canned soda. Ordered spicy chicken nuggets and the breading was too thick and chalky for my taste. Couldn't finish em and it was like $13 for 6 piece.
Overall very nice experience with my friends. And would do again. Just have dinner before or after at nearby restaurants instead.
Had a great time and our instruction was engaging and fun but we had to wait 20 minutes for late comers to show up. Some people even showed up 40 minutes after class started. People who are there on time shouldn't have to wait for other inconsiderate people to show up.
Poor customer service. My friend and I were there about 15 minutes early, and it was freezing out.
We couldn't sit at the bar and at least order a drink. While we waited. Staff looked bothered, and we were turned away til the exact time. However, we did not begin at exactly 3pm. The instructions that were given during the painting were not clear. It was a hot mess!
We had my daughter's 7th birthday party here and it went great. The instructor was great with the kids. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The party was a resounding success.
It's very rare that I post a negative review but I was just so disappointed with our experience here. Our instructor, Vicky started the class MORE than half an hour LATE because she was just busy chatting about herself!! I don't mind the chatty/friendliness but when the end was rushed and she had no time to truly wrap up the painting it makes it an unfair experience. we paid for a good time, but we also paid for the painting. starting class 40 minutes late was just unacceptable, especially if all you were doing was talking. the studio opens up half an hour before the painting session begins, do your introduction during that time
