It was a very very nice experience. My family went over there for karaoke as are happy New Year celebration. We couldn't find any karaoke place that is kid friendly and with children for disabilities. This place was awesome. Although, I wish the rooms were a little bit bigger, little more working mics, or decorated more. It was still a nice experience and had a great time. 8 out of 10 recommendation if you have any family just wanna have a good time. Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
This place absolutely exceeded my expectations. I don't remember having this much fun! It was incredible. Such a great karaoke place. 15/10 recommend. Private rooms make the experience 10 times better. They have a collection of songs in English, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Indonesian, and a couple other languages.

Review of Muse Noraebang and Cafe: I recently visited Muse Noraebang and Cafe and had a memorable karaoke experience. The venue was well-designed and had a fantastic ambiance, perfect for a fun night out with friends. The selection of songs was extensive, catering to various musical tastes, ensuring everyone could find something they enjoyed. The karaoke experience itself was excellent. The sound system was top-notch, delivering crystal-clear audio, and the room was spacious enough for a comfortable singing session. The equipment was well-maintained, and we didn't encounter any technical issues throughout our visit. However, I must mention that my experience was slightly marred by the behavior of a young lady staff member. She seemed rushed and was somewhat rude during our time there. Her impatience was evident, and it affected the overall atmosphere of our visit. It would have been more enjoyable if the staff member had been more attentive and accommodating. Despite the minor hiccup with the staff, I would still recommend Muse Noraebang and Cafe for its outstanding karaoke experience. The facilities and song selection are fantastic, and with a more friendly and patient staff, it would undoubtedly be a perfect spot for a memorable night of singing and fun. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Fun karaoke place. Great selection of music in the program. Room was a decent size and can definitely fit more than the max they said each could fit. Affordable prices on drinks and room/time. Parking is tight so go early to find that parking space. Staff was informative, but quick and snappy (didn’t mind it because we wanted our time). Price per person $20–30 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
A great private room karaoke spot with a fun atmosphere and good prices. Drinks and food service are quick and affordable. Go sing your heart out with your friends! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
This used to be my FAVORITE karaoke spot in aurora for almost 2yrs. I would recommend this place to everyone and always go here to celebrate special occasions. I recently went to go celebrate a friends birthday and I wish that I could give them 0 stars. Being of age I ordered a drink from the bar (amaretto Sour) and when I received it in our room(they delivered it to my room since they didn't want me to wait at the bar) the drink was CLEAR , watered down and tasted disgusting. Less than 5 minutes go by and I head back to the bar. When speaking to the bar tender (male with long blonde hair) he ultimately told me it's my fault for "letting it sit there for 20min so of course it's going to be clear". When this comment was made I was surprised because I have just gotten the drink which I told him that it's been less than 5min since I got the drink. He then accused me of having to have mixed the drink with something else to make it discolored and not taste good. I asked him if he wanted to check the room , my purse to see if I had mixed it with anything and he didn't want to. I then asked nicely if he could just remake it and I wouldn't mind having to pay again for the drink. Since I know alcohol is pretty pricey. Instead of getting the original drink I ordered I went for something else (Melon Ball) in hopes that it would be a different experience. I waited at the bar while the bar tender giving me a mean look while making it. Once he gave me the drink , I paid and tasted and it was at least drinkable. After this experience I let my friends know what happened and no drinks other than bottled soda were bought the whole night. I want to give the place the benefit of the doubt but the way I was treated this night is truly unfair. I like to think maybe the bar tender was having a bad night and that bad nights happen. All in all I will def have to look for another karaoke place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I recently went to muse to celebrate on of my friends special day as I had gone here multiple times with my friends before. Everytime we come here we always have an amazing time but have noticed the workers are always pretty passive aggressive & kinda rude. I have never said anything because again my friends & I always have a great time besides the customer service but I like previously said had recently gone to celebrate my friend’s birthday. When my friend ordered a drink (amaretto sour) we noticed that it was CLEAR very watered down & to which we then went up to the bar to speak to someone about it. A male with long hair & beanie is who I spoke to. He was incredibly rude & offended that we returned the drink mind you it had been 5 min since they brought it to us, he accused us of waiting to long so of course it had been watered down which I then explained that it had been no longer than 5 min. he then said to me to “& sorry for being blunt but maybe you just don’t like it & want a free drink” I explained to him that all I wanted was for the drink to be remade or if we could get a new one & ofc pay for it. We didn’t want a free drink all we wanted was for our drink to be made correctly. He said that he had been bartending there for years & that he was the only bartender & there was nothing that could be done. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience we had this day & will no longer be back especially after being treated the way we were. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Immense fun, kind and hospitable staff, and clean, cool surroundings. My daughter found Muse on Yelp and insisted we visit. I felt very out of place when we walked in, but we were put at ease by a welcoming staff member. I wasn't completely sure kids were allowed, but yes, they are. We sat in the main room and just observed for a little while, eventually asking if we could try a private room--we both love to sing but are incredibly shy. My daughter picked a pretty room with two white sofas and a ceiling-mounted rainbow electronic disco ball. Clean and a little fancy. Everything was in Korean, but the staff member showed us how to use the remote and pulled out a binder listing their American/English songs. There's also a translation reference for the remote on the back of that binder. The karaoke system itself was really nice--great sound from wall/ceiling-mounted speakers, big TV, two mics. The remote allowed adjustment of volume, sound characteristics, tempo and pitch, etc. The English pop song selection was small compared to the Korean binders, but that's probably to be expected. Plenty of old standards, 30-50 songs each from artists like Michael Jackson and The Beatles, a smattering of top 40 from the past few years. Lots of Nirvana, no Tori Amos, one Fiona Apple (if that gives you an idea of the distribution.) There were plenty of songs we knew and could sing together...we'd planned on an hour in the room, but two hours were up before we knew it. The karaoke system seems to play random Korean videos, which was good anachronistic fun. Lyric display was well-synced and while I noticed the occasional spelling/word error, those just added to the experience. Staff brought us refreshments in-room, and there was a concierge phone (although we didn't use it.) They were so kind without seeming disingenuous or over the top--really invested in making sure we had a great experience, and happy we had a blast. Private rooms are usually $25/hour but drop to $20 for happy hour. All in all...cheaper than a movie if you go during happy hour, and two nervous Nellies thought this was so much fun--a minor breakout from our shells and routines. I imagine that a group of extroverts might love it even more. We'll definitely do this again and force/invite the rest of the family to come with. 🙃
