This place was absolutely amazing from the service to the food, from A-Z. Come on now. We will definitely be back Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Irish Pub in appearance and bar offerings only. Food menu was American bar food and had two items that would be traditional Irish fare but, the stew fell short on tastes and ingredients. The burger and fries and pulled pork sammy were good. Buffalo wings appeared popular at adjacent tables. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes House Smoked Pulled Pork Sammy
Been coming here for years, I used to always order their Murph Burger. When I ordered it with my usual temperature request, medium rare, the waitress informed me that they no longer cook it to the guest’s request and instead all burgers are cooked “medium to medium well as a system standard”. I ordered it anyway. The burger came out well done. What a way to ruin a good thing! Needless to say, I will not order it again. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We were visiting Hanover on a one night layover and read good reviews of Murphy's so gave it a shot. The restaurant is a quaint, small pub with a warm environment. The menu is pretty limited but we all found something we liked, namely the Murphy burger. The burger was good but it was odd that all three members of our party ordered the same thing, their namesake dish, but they got one of them wrong. They forgot the onions and signature sauce on one of the burgers. When we pointed it out the waitress didn't seem to believe us but did fix it. Overall the service was good but definitely not friendly or inviting. The waitress acted as if we were inconveniencing her when we asked about the incorrect dish or when we asked for another drink. Maybe she was having a bad day. The only other comment I have is on their beer selection. Definitely not the best. They had one local IPA and it was meh.
