The wife and I called 30 minutes prior to us reaching there and placed an order for Mumbai Vada Pavs. We needed to get somewhere at a certain time so told them we need the food ready. We reached there within 20 minutes and they said they had to give the food to someone else who was actually still there. Then they start rifling through that guy's bags and ask us if we want to take the boxes that they had already given to someone. Pathetic. The owner acted like it's no big deal.
