I ordered last night, and the customer service experience wasn't great. The person I spoke to over the phone, seemed disinterested and the order wasn't ready when I arrived. The employees were casually hanging out in the lobby, and it felt like they started preparing my order only after I got there. There's room for improvement in the cashier's customer service skills. Been coming here for years and love this place! Just ordered Keema Naan - chicken and beef…Was very disappointed! It was so spicy my family couldn’t even eat it and then the chutney was water. Red pepper is a spice but there are other spices that can be used - definitely noticing prices going up and food quality going down. I stopped by to take out. I don't know how it usually is, but it took a while to prepare the food, and it was delicious. I ordered butter chicken. It came with plain Nan bread and rice. Both were perfect. Restaurant itself is not to enjoy but great spot to eat. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

On the occasion of our visit, the appetizers ( Samosa and Aloo tika) were delicious. But not for the spice intolerant! Our main course ( buttered chicken) with a creamy, perfectly spiced sauce and garlic naan, again, was absolutely delicious. Prices were very fair for the quantity and quality. Will absolutely return. After reading the negative reviews, I think the biggest issue here may be consistency as everything seems to be made at time of order and one pinch of spices Can make the difference between looking for the flavor or looking for an Anti acid and a gallon of milk. Asked for spicy bryani and they added red mirchi on top of the rice. Lol. Very average tasting. Qeema naan looked very fresh. Qeema is better than bryani. 3/5 for the qeema naan.

Ordered chicken charga it was too spicy, chicken was not fully cooked. They said they’ve paratha roll but when it came out it was a chicken wrapped in a naan not paratha. Worst experience! Very unethical and unprofessional behavior. I had a very bad experience with this restaurant. I ordered on phone at 9 pm yesterday (04/20/2023) Saba the woman there attended the phone and told me to pick up the food after 1 hour and 30 minutes as they are very busy. When I went to pick up my food I was told by another lady named Sonia that they didn't make it as they forgot to prepare it and now their kitchen is closed. I was shocked and disappointed by this unprofessional attitude as they could have said that they can provide me with something else as they didn't call and wasted my time. All the restaurants were closed by that time it was 10:30 pm. I would never ever go back again and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

No taste in 4 things I ordered, even after requesting for spicy still no spices added. Little quantity for the price charged. Same mince used for kabab and naan and hardly any meat. I wonder why isn’t anyone reporting these unauthentic Pakistani restaurant to BBB. I’m very hurt to say that other restaurants from neighboring countries are better but still try to buy from Muslim people to support. I do not recommend them at all and will never go there again.
