The waitress was friendly and attentive, but the food takes forever (salad and a separate chicken mayo toast)and when it did arrive the salad was 100.00 - for a tiny portion it's ridiculous!!! It's hilarious to say the least. Not to mention the chaotic atmosphere, manager just standing there.
It's a pitty Mug and Bean used to be excellent.

Nicely cornered location. Very relaxed, with little fountains ⛲ close by. Service was fast and professional. Food was good. Obviously the bottomless promotion on certain hot drinks is an absolute treat for the holidays, very smart move. The bathrooms (although only 1 per gender) was very neat!
We didn't order dessert, instead we had it on take away, which was nicely packed. They have a variety of cakes they bake themselves which are marvelous and a must have! Ohhhhh BTW we actually wanted to eat at Rocca mama's but M&B waitress convinced us otherwise, and we can't regret!
I've always loved the food at mugg & bean, but sadly I was disappointed yesterday when I ordered the "on the go" breakfast which says it's served with back bacon. When I queried this with the waitress, she said that's what they've been serving it with...a piece of half-cooked, streaky bacon.
The dirty chai cappuccino is delicious. A big shout out to Zenobia, who is a great server. Friendly, informative and makes you feel at home. Good job Mugg & Bean Walvis Bay and you are blessed to have Zenobia on your team.

The service was good, the food was good, I just had a bit of an issue with my drink but all in all it's a great place, I liked it, Its comfy, relaxing.
It doesn’t make sense to have staff touting for business outside the restaurant .. one greeting is fine but when the same waitress greets me repeatedly .. that is unacceptable .. what’s even worse is calling the shop amd the manager is more concerned about identifying the culprit as opposed to fixing the issue

DON'T go there for a steak!!!!
The waitress was really friendly and provided great service, sadly the recommendation for the Rumpsteak instead of the spareribs was a bad one.
She couldn't know about a bad piece of meat and felt really sorry about it.
It was so tough and veiny it wasn't edible.
Sadly I was told that the managment wasn't helpful in finding a compromise and there wasn't anything they could do about it.
Waitress would have deserved 5 stars for the service but the management only cares about the money and nothing else.
