I purchased a toasted Jalapeno, Bacon & Cream Cheese from your establishment this morning, only to find that the sandwich has more Jalapenos on it than anything else. The cream cheese was just slapped on, and the bacon is half raw. I am very unpleasantly surprised at the level of quality. I am a frequent customer of yours and this is the first time I have experienced something like this from Mugg & Bean. Not happy at all. Nevermind the cost involved.

Iced coffee was a watered-down milk-and-a- very-weak-coffee with ice. The blueberry muffin was also disappointing - had a single lonely blueberry in the whole muffin. You couldn't taste the blueberry at all. It was like eating a fresh sponge cake! Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person R 100–150 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

I just want to thank the cashier snd the manager for the good service i did receive Friday morning. The cashier did upsell a muffin with my cappino and it was wonderfull. Senderwood have the best staff.

For months the blender has not been working so they have not been able to do any smoothies. Today I see they have e blender finally but now get told their ice machine is not working. Seems they are not at all interested in or committed to actually being able to offer customers what is on their much smaller menu than a regular Mugg and Bean.
