So where do I begin.
I have been eating from Toto for the past 20+ years of my life.
The food tastes good, they have kind people who are willing to listen and help you out with your order, prices are cheap and quality is average.
But, there is a major problem with this place.
And it is the cleanliness.
I stopped visiting them after I noticed that the tossed a bread that fell into the floor (where people walk with shoes mind you) onto their tray to make a sandwich.
Be warned, cleanliness isn't a priority.
The food tastes fine, but at your own risk mate.

I have been eating the 100 fils falafel sandwich from here ever since I was a kid who used to come to the park opposite to Toto on weekends to play and often during school practices. I have eaten many falafel sandwiches in Kuwait but nothing beats this one. The generous scoop of tahina and their bread is simply the best. The people serving it are very friendly, unlike another place just down the street that serve the expensive overpriced version of this sandwich.
Really disappointed with the Falafel i tasted here this week, they had a foul oil taste to it, like the one when oil is used unchanged for a long time. Had heard a lot of this place, but was a real let down.
The Best Felafel that you can find in Salmiya Area. Freshly prepared. Crunchy, Tasty and very reasonable. Also try their Keema Sandwich for breakfast. Its minced meat with a burger bun. Ask for spicy version, which is what I like.
i saw once sandwich fall down by sandwich maker .
and he parcel it to guy outside who ordered after clean dust from sandwich.
and i saw them using cooking oil on humus as olive oil .filling their empty bottles olive oil by cooking oil .when i stop them they said to non of your business.
