We’ve enjoyed Mt Fuji for a few years now. The food is always excellent and the service is great. We tried hibachi for a birthday party and it was a fun experience! Thanks so much! Mt. Fuji is our go to for sushi here in Colorado so far. We have tried Parker, Littleton, Centennial, and Greenwood Village so far, but we always come back here. If you like sushi and sashimi and not just the rolls, try it out. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Miso Soup
My Fuji was a blast for double date night. We were seated very quickly without a reservation on a Saturday night. The hibachi was fun and quick and it wasn’t too gimmicky. I would say that they are in a little need of some updates to the atmosphere. Otherwise all around good experience. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Hibachi Chicken

Good place and great food. They separated Hibachi and dining table so you can enjoy your meal quietly. The Sake is really good. Glad we got the eel, very tasty. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $20–30 Recommended dishes Green Tea Ice Cream
Chef Lee was amazing! It was my son's birthday and he made it so special and exciting. We definitely want to come back and see him again. My family kept talking about it the whole way home. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30
This is a great go-to for sushi and hibachi. Never had anything but fresh food and friendly service. The interior of the building could use a little update but it is still clean and doesn't offend the senses. Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Steak and Shrimp Hibachi with Fried Rice
We’ve been coming here for years and have always enjoyed our experience until our most recent visit. We had reservations for a party of 6, and had to wait 30 min after soup/salad was delivered for a chef, even though our table was fully sat. We saw a chef go and cook for other tables that were sat after us. When I inquired with the staff about when a chef was going to be available, a very unfriendly chef with a beanie came out and didn’t speak to any of us and just started cooking. We had 4 kids with us, so we lost the “fun” experience we were used to, we had to ask for sauces, and the food was burnt. I asked to speak with a manager/supervisor to provide feedback, and I was told there was none and was met by a teenager who left mid conversation while I was explaining what happened. Someone else walked up and did well give you 20% discount, the chef is new. No one really listened to the feedback and we proceeded to watch that unfriendly chef go out to other tables to ruin other families experiences. Needless to say, we won’t be going back and will just go to Parker. Skip this one folks. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We have been going here for years and have always had a great experience. They have lots of Hibachi tables with some really fun chefs. The sushi has always been fresh and they have a nice variety of dining choices if you aren’t into sushi as well. It helps to get there before the dinner rush.
I had the scallops and chicken and it was delicious. Large portions and the chef was very entertaining. Overall a good dinner with friends and family for a table of 20. Go hungry you will not be disappointed. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I ordered over 200 dollars of sushi for my son's birthday dinner. The food was a mess and they used fake scallops! I've been eating sushi for 30 years and have never had such a terrible experience. I called to ask for a refund and the rude woman that answered the phone hung up on me! I called back several times and they would not offer any type of refund at all. Never again! This place has awful food and customer service! Guess what, there's alot of sushi restaurants around like Junz and Hapa. Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100
