I ordered delivery because I can’t leave home today. I ordered a soda but the driver never grabbed one for me. Called the store and they’re out of the drink I paid for online. Manager said she can mail a gift card for the drink. Update: it’s been 3 months and they never mailed anything. Just blamed the delivery driver because he barely spoke English. I stopped eating there.

I love their sandwiches, but don't even think about trying to make it through the drive-thru at lunch time. 30 minutes or more every single time. You guys really need to figure this out! Then you pander me for a tip?! Through a drive-thru?! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
