Korean dishes are very popular in Việt Nam, at Mr. Lei Trung Dũng is the same. The most special food here is fried dumplings. Here's what I think.
Taste: It tastes quite OK. The fried dumplings are really delicious, the fried rice is good, too. But the chicken nuggets are so salty. The salad is suitable. It has carrots, radishes, spinach.
Price: The price is OK. It's suitable for students.
Location: The location is great. It's located on the bustling culinary street in Biên Hòa.
Service: The service is really good. The people there are friendly, enthusiastic and thoughtful.
Many restaurants sell Korean dishes but here I see enthusiastic staff and I'm very satisfied with that even though the food is not too good. Overall, this is a restaurant worth coming to enjoy the food and experience. Try it!

I ordered spicy wings take-away and picked radish. Service was fast and the wings were crispy and tasty but not spicy at all. They literally have zero spice.
I do not recommend the radish. It tasted like baking soda.
Update: They use a 1-7 spice level. I have visited many times since my original review. Level 7 is quite spicy, but if it is not hot enough, you can order 10 or even 14. That is getting into extreme heat levels. 10 is on par with BW3’s blazing. 14 is more like Beef O’Brady’s Atomic (maybe a little lower than that).
