I needed a vegetarian option and opted for a falafel sandwich. The wrap was an absolute mess and the falafel lacked flavor. I could not even hold my wrap, it needed to be eaten with a knife and fork. When I tried to pick it up it completely fell apart (see photo). Above that, I tried to order online and it would not work. I was in a hurry and this restaurant has “express” in the name of the business, yet it took me 20 minutes to get out the door despite there being no line and about 4-5 workers. Really disappointing that lunch for me and my colleague was nearly $30 and hardly edible. Won’t be back.
