The host and waitresses are absolutely warm and welcoming. Food is prepared and served quick. Their menu is interesting . I had their pap, which is new to their menu and absolutely divine. We celebrated our 20th anniversary there! What a pleasant surprise!!! Great welcome, Friendly service, Amazing Cocktails and the Food was Superb (Seafood platter)! Can't wait to visit again!! What a lovely evening! Even after they forgot to put in my booking after I phoned🫣 I spoke to Cindy, which was our waitress aswell, and asked her to put some candles and chocolates on our table for our Anniversary before we arrive. And wow! She made it so special and she was so friendly and delivered fantastic service. The owner offered us a complimentary Gin and Tonic to share which was such a fantastic welcome. The food was devine! The service fantastic! And the staff so friendly! I highly recommend dining here😀

Got the vegetable curry with the coconut rice and asked for a side of chickpeas and threw it into the curry and it was very delicious. They also have a couple of other vegetarian options. Some local brews on draft as well. Seems to be mostly western style food in J bay so it’s nice to see this place doing well.

Absolutely terrible. I don’t even know where to start. A 14 year old waitress served us with no experience. We waited 45 minutes for water with no ice or glass. We had a table of 14 people and she no idea how to handle a big table. When we ordered , a starter portion was delivered to the few people who had order main meals. A few people got their food and a few didn’t . The waitress said she will get us a new waitress as we asked why we waiting so long just for drinks , we got the owner and she had asked us is everything okay and obviously we had continued to tell her no , this is terrible . The owner got security and asked us to leave. She recorded us which is against the POPI act. She accused us of abusing her but all we did was complain about what service we were getting. When we got the bill there was food on the bill which we did not receive . The amount of food that was on the bill added up to about R1 000.00 which she tried to charge us. We got an updated bill and she refused to give us the original bill. Do not go to Mozambik Jeffrey’s bay. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
