This location is new to the area but I have to say that the customer service has always been great.. tonight I was going to give a tip but the cashier skipped it.. but continued to provide excellent customer service.. I’m not frivolous with tips because I think they need to be earned.. she earned it tonight but still once asked her about it.. she just said it’s ok.. I’m not a huge review person but she provides a real great ambiance and uses all her time wisely. Provides boxes before being asked .. cleans tables and just does it all with a smile.. I was overcharged at this location, was told the manager would call for a refund but never was. Last week I placed an online order and didn’t receive what I ordered so I called and was told the manager would call me to fix the issue, and again, I was never contacted.

I have experienced the Tracy locations for the last Time. Have ordered from Mt House location the last couple of times pizza came to mind.
