I have given this place chances to prove me I am wrong about them and every single time they failed. Pizza is horrible, and service is terrible. Ordered a large pizza and 12 chicken wings at 5:30 PM. At 6:45 PM I was told my pizza wasn’t ready because someone dropped it on the floor and it needed to be redone. Nobody called me to let me know everything was going to be delayed. Did the chicken wings need to be redone too, because when I finally received my order, the chicken wings weren’t even completely cooked , they were rubbery and partially RAW! How appetizing is that? The pizza was so greasy we had to completely blot it with paper towels before it could be eaten and we ordered the veggiemore with light sauce. The people taking orders were so rude and obnoxious! They didn’t seem to be the least bit interested that my order was unacceptable. All they said is I would need to speak to the owner and he wasn’t there. I won’t be returning to this place in San Ramon, CA, too many other good places to order food from and this isn’t one of them. I should have known better, because every time I drive by, no cars are parked out front of the place in San Ramon.
