Not the cheapest option in KK, but well worth it. Better food, service and atmosphere than nearby Kahoor; pricewise is pretty much similar. As a family of 5 we paid 181 RM, but it came with free refillable water, some snacks and kids got candy after dinner. Price range is from 10 (Garlic naan) to 40+ for seafood dishes. The food was incredible!!! We had the chicken korma and the chicken jalfrezi, with the mixed bread plate (naans, pratha and roti). We eat Indian food a lot and I usually like it spicy. This time I had the korma and it was soooo nice! The jalfrezi which my GF had was also really good!!! Though not spicy at all. All the breads were fantastic! So was the papadum with mint/yoghurt dip. Mango lassi was also nice! The service was great and fast! Really nice people. The atmosphere was also good. Definitely one of the (out of many) coziest/nicest Indian restaurants I've been to. Highly recommend this restaurant. Perfect for large group of 20pax, nice table setting, variety of food to choose from, friendly owner and staffs. Food was amazing, well cooked and flavourful. By far the best indian food I’ve tasted in Kota Kinabalu. There’s vegetarian options as well. Oceanus Shopping Mall is quite empty but happy to dine in this restaurant. The location of the restaurant is beside the water, and has a great sea view with sunset. But it is slightly difficult to find. The food is quite nice. Naan with curry taste very good. All of the flavors are gently just right, but not too strong. The price is not expensive for this quality. The chef is friendly. Overall, it's been a joyful experience. A nice Indian restaurant at Kota Kinabalu. It’s at the very end of the KK waterfront row so it can be easy to miss, but at the same time it insulates this place from the noise at KK waterfront which I’m personally not a fan of. Service was very welcoming and friendly. We just had gulab jamun and poori so hopefully we can try the other dishes next time because they looked good. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
