Great local find and glad to support a small traditional bakery. Will order ahead next time, was pleased to get the last boule today (a Saturday) just 15 or 20 minutes after they opened.

My family love sourdough. Everytime when we go to any bakery which has sourdough, we'll buy one to try out. However, we haven't found the one we will be craving for until today. I saw the five stars reviews and I happened to be in that area. It's sooooo good. Simple menu. The sourness is perfect. The crust is great and the texture is chewy. I don't know how it'll taste the next day because my family finished everything right away.
Suggestion. Don't just pop up to the bakery. You might leave empty handed because running out. The owner told me to order online. Two days advance ordering on their website or ordering from Amazon with shipping charge.

Amazing. Sleepy hole in the wall. Sells out daily. They sell their starter in case you’re wondering. They will slice the bread too. Yum!!!

Moses Bakery makes the absolute best sourdough I’ve ever had. Fresh baked daily, the loaves are perfectly chewy inside with a light, crisp crust. I love grabbing a slice to eat as soon as I leave the bakery, and it’s very difficult not to inhale half a boule on the way home. I feel so lucky to live near this sweetheart of a place.

Most likely the best sour dough bread in OC. A hidden gem of a bakery that has absolutely perfected their craft. Highly recommended if you want to taste what good bread can be!

I cannot praise this bread enough. It transcended my expectations and reignited my appreciation for this age-old wonder. It is undoubtedly a testament to the artistry and craftmanship that goes into creating something as simple and yet as profound as a loaf of bread.

This place has the Best SOURDOUGH BREAD 🍞. Always fresh and I really enjoy the Sourdough bagels 🥯 too. I recommend this place in Orange county. and if you are in the Upland/ Rancho Cucamonga area go to The Rustic Loaf, another amazing place. These are my top 2 favorite places for Sourdough bread.
