Great food consistently awful pick up experience. I use their app to order ahead of time and every single time, without fail, I walk up to their pick up counter an no one acknowledges me. The longest I've gone without anyone asking what order I'm here to pick up is about 10 minutes. Just standing there and waiting to get someone's attention. Tried MOOYAH in MorganHill for the first time today it was a totally awesome experience . The manager Tony was a huge help and very knowledgeabl . Tony help us with our choice and made us feel at home . It was a great burger . After a pleasant conversation. Tony sent us on our way with a sweet treat for our drive home . We will be back . Fries are good. Burgers are tasty, but tiny. Thank goodness for the app, where you can get a burger for free with purchase of ANY fries, drink, or smoothie if you just sign up. Very poor customer service here. No greeting, but just a blank stare from the staff. I asked if I may use the app coupon with an order of family fries. The staff member right away tells me “No,” and that it’s for personal fries only. I state how the terms on my code say “any” fries. But he is quite adamant that I must order personal fries. But after asking him to just try the code, ho ho ho, it worked with an order of family fries. He also did not apply the discount for the free burger, which I only noticed after checking the receipt myself. He curtly tells me the new amount, with the discount reflected, expecting me to pay a second time. But he did not inform me the previous transaction was voided, until I asked him what was going on.
