Average at best. Shrink-flation is real regarding the patty on a regular burger; you'd better opt for the double burger. Too much salt on both the burger and the fries. I did like the smaller size option for the shake (but you pay for it). $17 for a burger/fries/small shake is the "new normal" oh plus the "tip" that we are all guilted into for fast food these days. I went shopping for a fun meal in the shopping center and ran across MOOYAH! What a lovely surprise! I ordered a routine burger and fries...NOT routine. Distinctive, toasted, roasted, I don't know what all flavors, but totally good. Note: the sweet potato fries are exactly as advertised: sweet. Hope you enjoy as much as I did. OH! They have a large sign that says "Ridiculous" and they are right, because this is the most ridiculous location I've been too in my life! Ordering was a pain, and all of the employees seemed to be high off something with the way they were acting. We got back to our location after ordering and they didn't give us our drink, and put the bun on a burger that was supposed to be iceburger. We drove back to ask for it remade and the guy took the bun off and slapped it on some lettuce. At this point it's cold and has some bread stuck to the burger (which our client can't have bread). We asked for it to be remade and like 3 people came up to try to figure out how to remake the burger. Eventually they remade it according to the ticket and we saw them put on mayo which...was not asked for. They still did not remake the patty and it was cold and dry with dry crusty cheese. This was terrible. Completely ruined our experience for mooyah. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Always amazing. The sweet potato fries are so good. Regular fries from other places, if you don't get them eaten by the time they get cold you have to toss them, not these. And even for the next day, just pop them in the toaster over on a small baking sheet and hit toast, so good. That's why I always order the sharable size. Got a couple of burgers. I had the basic cheeseburger and hubby got the MDC. Both very tasty. Fries are plentiful and better than expected. We will be going back again Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Visited Mooyah in Sherman TX for the first time in awhile today. Both burgers ordered were awful. Why would anyone send a customer off with buns that are burnt? Not a little bit, but CRISPY BLACK CHARRED burnt. I asked for Swiss on my husband’s burger as well as the cheddar it came with. No Swiss, but they gave him pickles, which we didn’t want. My burger tasted old, like they cooked it earlier and then stuck back on the grill later. I’m extremely disappointed. I spent $25 for food the was truly inedible. There were 5 employees, no customers and the only person who greeted me was at the grill, which means I walked past the other people. If a business wants to know how not to do business, this place can show you. Not the first issue I’ve had, which is why it’s been awhile. Person who took my order was friendly and helpful. She made sure to list all the toppings in case I wanted to leave anything off. And they remembered my name the third time I visited. Food was served promptly and piping hot. Serving size was generous, particularly the fries. Good hot dog. My friend liked his cheeseburger, too. Good burgers. Friendly service! Due to health issues, I ordered (with dread) a gluten-free bun. Was it amazing? No. 😆 But, it was pretty darn good. I didn't feel cheated out of the experience of a good burger. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered: -1 double cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, sauteed onions, and a reasonable amount mayo ONLY -1 cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, sauteed onions and a reasonable amount of MOOYAH sayce -1 Shareable SWEET POTATO FRIES What I got: -1 double cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, sauteed onions, and 28 tablespoons of mayo AND mooyah sauce -1 cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, sauteed onions and 28 tablespoons of MOOYAH sauce -1 Shareable IDAHO POTATO FRIES I've attached pictures of this mess because they speak for themselves. I was so excited to get sweet potato fries and they gave me regular fries. The tomatoes were thicker than the patty!!! This order was a disaster. They put so much sauce on the burgers that it was soaking through the buns and made the burgers cold. It was DRENCHED IN SAUCE. It was a sloppy, wet mess that I paid $22.70 plus A TIP! They didn't even have an option to decline a tip. Why is fast food asking for tips? No one even waits on you. You refill your own drink. You clean up your own trash. There's no waiter.
