Stopped in for dinner and I must say my group as well as myself were unimpressed as a whole. The food was flavorless all the way down to the queso. -Wait time was as expected -Server was very friendly and attentive -Options on what to eat are limited because the menu is so small -Parking is good I don't feel like the quality of the food and the mixed drinks were worth the money I spent which was close to $200. The food presentation is gorgeous, everyone's dishes looked photo worthy but the taste just didn't live up to the presentation. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Food was really good. Cleaned my plate good. First time visiting. Definitely will come back k Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Got steak fajitas and there was probably 2 whole onions in the fajitas. Now I like onions but this was CLEARLY to cover up for the clear LACK of steak they put in it. Onions are cheap so they fill it with onions to make it look like you're getting a lot but I had to search for the steak which was cut into small pieces. Yeah, DEFINATLY NOT worth the $18.00 price tag. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30

I ordered chicken fajitas, shrimp taco and fries. Food was good but staff were not friendly. I don’t recommend fries it was not crispy and plain. Complimentary chips and salsa were yummy and fresh.
We live just across the street from this restaurant, this was one of our good places to eat . We attended there for couple years , but then we noticed quailing of food and service went down dramatically . It was especially during Covid time which were understandable during the Covid time . After that we visited couple of times , food was mediocre. And we stopped going to this restaurant even though it’s very convenient to our location. BUT TODAY we saw sign Under New Management and decide to give another try without prior history. AND it was just horrible except newly printed menus . When we ordered our usual food ,( with PRICE increase 10 to 20 % before ) We requested that Supreme Fahito Navhos would be loaded with the cheese . And we been told it’s going to cost extras. Dish arrived Dry with very little cheese or meat . When we pointed it out to the server she starts arguing their SOME cheese of another side of plate . After that dinner was ruined and over . “Thanks to new management “ no more MONTERREY Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
Haven't been there in a long time but since my last visit, menu has changed, food was only ok, service wasn't bad but slow. Apparently a new cook was in charge and everything was overly heavy on red sauce. I won't be returning. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Recommended dishes Cheese Dip
I really like Mexican atmosphere they have. Nice cute tables, attractive bar. On top of that you get friendly staff and very good portion sizes. Almost everything we tried was delicious and fresh. The only thing we didn't like - oversalted Ramen soup (btw, what is it doing in Mexican restaurant?). Therefore 4 out of 5 stars, which is very good. But there's always something to do better. I miss the old owners. Food is still great but the whole atmosphere is dull and dark now. Once they got rid of karaoke, I never went back to sit down. There's just no color or life there anymore. Such a shame. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
Terrible service, said "Hi, what do want to drink?" Server never checked after dropping off food. Never got a plate! Our $18 fajitas were terrible. Super greasy. Rice was mushy, beans were from can. Kids quesadllias were super salty. They didn't even finish! $15 margarita was weak and tasteless. FYI- Texas margarita is pre-mixed. For $15 I would expect a bartender that knows what they are doing. This place used to be good.... they are slippin! Not coming back- Kiko's is waaaay better.
First, the salsa with perfect touch of heat and crispy chips was bomb. We ordered fajitas Monterrey good for 2 person. It is combination of shrimp (lot of shrimp), chicken, beef and chorizo with side and salad on the side instead of beans. The serving was actually good for 3 people because the hot stone was huge. My husband ordered margarita (rock) and I got margarita mango(rock). The food served very quick. The server was great and makes some jokes as well. We will come back for more for sure.
