Corn dog was yummy. Hot dog on top and cheese at the bottom. Cheese was lacking. I would still get it again. I got the oolong milk tea. I love oolong and hadn't had it as a milk tea before so I thought it would try it. Not my favorite and I don't think it was the fault of Monkey King. I just don't think oolong should be used this way. It was clashing with the milk and sugar. I would go back to try another flavor. Small shop with great taro bubble tea. Awesome corn dog, would skip on the chashu. The shop is understaffed, but the person behind the counter was friendly, patient and helpful. Chill inconspicuous spot. They have pretty good bubble tea and they also have an assortment of coffee, coffee beans, desserts (including ice cream and mochi donuts on Fridays), snacks, and some merchandise. It’s the closest place to me that sells takoyaki and onigiri (which I wouldn’t expect) - both really tasty :) They have some space to sit, street parking is easy, and they do online takeout.
