We found this place while driving towards a mall and it was worth it.
The food, service, and staff was awesome. We ordered a couple things.
Charcoal chicken burger with fries was good.
We also ordered Bolognese pasta with meatball that was too good.
Drinks were drinks. Nothing special.
I'd recommend it and it was worth it. Prices are affordable as well.

The aircond a bit hot and the place I sat was a bit uneven. It was a bit hard to find a staff because of the way the tables were placed.

Came here for gathering with friends. Ordered the shaved ice. Upon served, we quickly noticed there is huuuuuge difference from the menu. The ice is half the amount, and the taro ball was just pea sized. So we decided to talk to the waiter.
Waiter called their manager and the manager attitude was the worst you can ever expect from a restaurant. Saying the bowl are different, photos are for illustration etc. and the attitude sounded very arrogant.
Its my second time to the restaurant and i will not recommend this place to anyone.

Norwegian Grilled Salmon with Mango Salsa and Butter Herb Sauce
Classy ambience with main meals averaging around RM30. Other than western food they have local dishes too. However the food is too salty for my liking. The sauce that came with their signature grilled chicken was underwhelming. The lava cake which cost RM24 was too small, and was not really hot with no oozing sauce. Quite disappointed since I was expecting better tasting dishes for the price I paid.
Wasted potential, you don't have to be spectacular just be better.
Few little things you can probably improve on
1. The FOH or waitstaff and their role. Walked into the restaurant they were discussing who was suppose to greet us. Felt like they fumbled and we're left at the main entrance waiting for no reason. Doesn't look good if you already have a reservation.
2. Have your staff at least try the food or your signatures. I asked for recommendations, and they felt like they didn't know the menu. No recommendation is a sale lost. I was ready to atleast add another 2 mains. But it is what it is.
3. Waitstaff mentioned some food items will be delayed due to it being a full house. But there are empty tables. Probably understaffed but it doesn't bring out good impressions. I thought the kitchen staff might not be competent enough to handle seatings of this volume, further decreasing confidence in your food quality.
The food. We got the standard food items that probably won't be screwed up. And the food wasn't bad. The chicken burger, kfc wings and salad we alright. The duck pizza crust is too thin. Weak undercarriage, barely toasted. Typical bar pizza, I give it 4.2 on the Portnoy scale.
The major screw up came with the steak further solidifying my impression that the kitchen staff can't handle their shyt. The steak came out "fukkin raw"- Ramsay G. The waitstaff denied and argued with me but I know my medium steak. Showed her and to her surprise it is raw. The picture is after they brought it back out and it was cooked perfect this time. Just a tip, please rest your steak a while, otherwise the plate will be flooded with what looks like blood.
Regardless huge potential for this restaurant to be good. At the moment it's mediocre at best. I will return, hopefully it will be better the next round. No more raw steaks please. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.
