Giving only three stars for poor service and extremely long wait time for our food. The food itself was good, decent flavor and fairly priced.

Beautiful clean rooms, with amazing food ranging from local, western to Asian cuisines. Staff service however is often very slow especially at the restaurant. It is located in the heart of Chingola CBD but with all it's services (accommodation, bar and restaurant) being very affordable. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Service was slow...food takes a very long time to be ready.The Chef said he uses Rose water for preparing the rice and it completly alters the taste of the food.Unless you are a fan of Rose Water stick to the Pizza.Milkshake was very watery.Overally not a very enjoyable experience

From the moment I entered the hotel front desk, I was impressed. The interior decor was luxurious yet warm and inviting. The room that I booked was spacious and clean with comfortable beds and linens. There is a kettle, a small fridge and a large TV which we loved. The bathroom was nicely decorated with unique tiles. They provided plush towels and top of the line toiletry sets which they would replace every day. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Tasty food at the restaurant, rooms are good, staff very friendly and helpful . Unfortunately they have a nightclub across the road that is very noisy, if you a light sleeper this will not be the place for you to stay.

Great dining experience: the food is just great (Indian Cuisine). Irish pub for an evening with friends. Not bad for the pocket. The lodging is quite basic and a lot of noise from the traffic.

Had dinner at the hotel last night and the Food was amazing, totally impressed. Service delivery was great too, friendly staff! Keep it up! Will definitely call again! I love that the menu has almost all the cuisines! Thank u the amazing experience!

Nice hotel. Rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. A little noisy, because it’s on the main road, but I didn’t need ear plugs to sleep. The food can take a little while to come out at the restaurant- I assume owing to a relatively small kitchen compared to the number of customers. However, it eventually comes, and it’s good. Wide variety on the menu. The hotel service was the best part, everyone was very friendly and quick to resolve any issues that arose.

For the price I was not impressed! The room I was in had no fridge. It is near to this noisy night club from across the street. If you want a restful night stay from this place. Go to lodge down the road near the new mall. Rooms are clean and pretty modern. The food is good and the service is excellent. I loved the showers as well. It's is not good for weekend visit then.
