I am not sure what's wrong with this cafe staff. They don't know how to take an order, they don't know how to serve the customer. It feels like I am eating for free. The staff for sure need proper training. The place is also hot and ac is not working properly. The amercano tastes awful. Its a nice cafe with books available to read. The concept is great, parents can drop their kids at the play area and have coffee here or takeaway to bring upstairs. Good for playdates. Toddlers section is just next to the cafe. I only ordered the flatwhite, which was decent. Service Take out Meal type Other

The service is really bad . We asked for anyone to clean the table before we sit they didn’t , we sat down and waited called another guy he said he will take our order and send someone to clean it , it took sometime and when he did he just cleaned all the crumbles to the floor . And after that he asked if we gonna order anything else we said no he said okay can I bring the check cause it’s easier for us and you can sit as long as you want we’re not gonna ask you to leave !!!! Yes you can’t ask me to leave but it’s still rude I just find that place in professional on so am any levels . Service: 1

The server Nooran told us to leave because we only ordered 1 slice of cake and she said it is not allowed to sit without ordering more. Very rude server. 1st time to encounter such rude cafe employee. Good thing another male server was kind enough to let us stay. The cafe was not even full and we are their only customer inside. I hope the management should train this server Nooran (not sure if i spelled it right) so she will no longer give the Moka Caffe a BAD image.
