Honestly I’m really simple. I always go to gongcha and order the same drink, dirty brown sugar boba. Thought I’d try this place since it’s right across the street, boy was i wrong. Walked in and the staff directed me to the iPads to order. (there were no other customers) ordered my normal dirty brown sugar boba and it was disgusting. The milk to whatever they use to make it the brown sugar flavor was way off. Literally tasted like whole milk with boba .. i took one sip and threw it away inside they place.. $7. After that i went to gong Cha and ordered my drink, greeted by friendly staff.. won’t be returning.. cute cups may be deceiving 🤣
The boss and staff are exceptionally friendly and enthusiastic. I adore the charming cup with a bear-shaped design. The Mango Pomelo and Yogurt Avocado Tea are awesome 👍

I had to order something else because they ran out of the original drink I wanted, which was brown sugar bubble milk tea. After that I sat down at waited 40 minutes without being served. I walked to the register only for the cashier to tell me they ran out of boba. They didn’t announce it or tell anyone else in the store, most of which came before me so they must have been waiting 40 minutes plus. They only offered to replace my topping and the drink ended up being kind of weird tasting. Won’t be going back.

I went here for the first time with a friend and the employees were extremely friendly and welcoming! As a newbie, the menu seemed overwhelming, but the staff allowed me to sample all sorts of toppings and took time to inform me on how drinks are made and what ingredients are used. We settled on the mango yogurt and super fruit green tea and they were absolutely incredible!!! The drinks were amazing and a perfect refresher for the summer! I highly recommend trying their yogurt and fruit tea series! Customer service was exceptional with kind employees that help make recommendations with your taste! We will definitely be coming here again to try more :)

Tried their yogurt yakult and fruit yakult. The place is clean the staff is smiling and friendly. Excellent taste and fresh ingredients. Love it.

I called and ordered in advance, I loved that they accept orders over the phone. I was in a rush and I try to order ahead when I can.
Besides the cute cups and straws… the tea (IMO) was pretty average. The tarp bubble tea however is very different and is worth the try. Not a lot of tea houses offer fresh taro in the drinks so I thought that was a nice twist on things.
For someone that wants milk alternatives…there’s is none (and as the statistic of use of dairy milk declines) I really hope to see other kind of milk alternatives such as
-oak
-almond
-coconut
Something! Something for those that doesn’t want the harmful hormones in regular dairy milk that other plant based mills can help make the teas so much better!

Highly recommend the Crème Brûlée Milk Tea and Yogurt Mango Tea, naturally made! Great customer service and very clean! This will be my go to tea spot!
