10/29 dinner time, received my order of nachos without any queso smh. Asked for queso on the side so it wouldn't get soggy by the time it arrived. Not a crazy request. In fact, the store asks if you want it on the side or not. Surprise surprise they never included it in my bag. But they sure did charge me for it. The dasher double checked her car and the hot bags she used, it wasn't there. She let me know it wasn't the first time this store has missed something and had issues and customer complaints. The people preparing the order know you can't do anything about it because you're not in person. They couldn't care less. I mean, who wants nachos with no queso. Managers take note of the people working dinner time 10/29. Even dashers are noticing all the problems, lowkey embarrassing.
